Tastier than fritters: zucchini cutlets with hard cheese

Zucchini can be used to make casseroles, sautés, pancakes, pies, and fritters. To make pancakes, for example, hearty, you can add cottage cheese.

A cook shared a recipe for delicious zucchini cutlets with grated hard cheese and breadcrumbs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • cheese
  • pepper, salt

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze out the excess moisture.

2. Add flour, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt and pepper and mix.

3. Form patties and put cheese inside.

4. Fry in a preheated pan on both sides until golden brown.
