Classic potato pancakes are cooked simply in a frying pan. For a casual family dinner, this is the perfect dish. But for a festive table, it would be a great idea to cook potato pancakes in pots - they are very satisfying.

The idea of cooking potato pancakes in pots was published on the Instagram page of food bloggerSnizhana Dudok (snizhana.dudok). The products are baked and turn out to be low-fat.

Method of cooking potato pancakes in pots:

1. Grate a kilogram of potatoes on the smallest grater. Squeeze off the liquid a little.

2. Add 1 egg, 1 grated onion, 2 tablespoons of flour.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Fry like pancakes.

5. Mix for the filling:

  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1 stewed onion
  • 50 ml of water
  • salt, pepper

6. Divide the pancakes in half.

7. Spread the minced meat and put it in the pots.

8. Mix the filling:

  • 300 ml of homemade sour cream
  • 300 ml of water
  • a little salt

9. Fill the pancakes with the cooked mass.

10. Add fried mushrooms and cheese on top.

11. Bake in the oven for an hour.
