Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500 g
- egg - 1 pc
- flour - 2 tbsp
- spices (dry garlic, salt)
- carrot -1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the liver and cut it very finely.
2. Add the flour, spices, fried carrots and onions, egg, spices and mix.
3. Spoon into a frying pan with hot oil and fry on both sides.
