Tastier than classic: hearty chicken cutlets with mushroom filling for dinner

Homemade cutlets can be made from any meat and even from vegetables, fish, liver, rice, and crab sticks. To make the chicken cutlets juicy, add grated zucchini or carrots.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious, hearty chicken cutlets with mushroom filling on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of minced chicken/turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • dill parsley
  • 1 tsp. of dry garlic
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 tbsp. of breadcrumbs

Filling:

  • 250 g of mushrooms
  • 100 ml of cream
  • 1 tbsp of flour
  • dill parsley
  • salt, pepper
  • 100 g of cheese

Method of preparation:

1. First, fry the onions and carrots, add salt and pepper, and the roast is ready.

2. Add the egg, roast, herbs, garlic, pepper, salt, and breadcrumbs to the minced meat and mix well until smooth.

3. With wet hands, form balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, making indentations.

4. For the filling: fry the mushrooms, add cream, herbs, salt, pepper and flour. Stir and thicken over low heat.

5. Put the filling on the cutlets and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
