Tastier than caviar: zucchini spread with melted cheese in 10 minutes

Zucchini can be used to make not only stews and salads but also delicious spreads. To add spice, add only garlic and spices.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious zucchini spread with melted cheese on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of zucchini (2 small ones)
  • 1.5 onions
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp of chopped dill
  • salt, oil, pepper, dry garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion, garlic, zucchini, grate the carrots.

2. In a thick-bottomed saucepan, fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent, add the carrots, simmer for 5 minutes, add the zucchini, garlic, and simmer for 15 minutes, covered. Add salt, pepper, and dry garlic, remove from heat, and cool.

3. Chop the dill and add to the cooled stew in a blender bowl with the cottage cheese and dill, and blend until smooth.

Fry the bruschetta on both sides in a frying pan until golden brown and serve with the spread!
