Tastier than caviar: eggplant baba ganoush in 10 minutes
Baba ganoush is a perfect homemade appetizer made with eggplant, garlic, and cream cheese, and prepared very quickly in the oven.
A cook shared a recipe for a delicious eggplant baba ganoush with cream cheese, spices, and garlic on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 3 medium eggplants
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 tbsp of cream cheese (can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt)
- lemon juice
- spices: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, a little cumin
How to cook:
1. Pierce the eggplant with a fork and bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and wrap in cling film, cut off the tip of the eggplant and squeeze out the flesh.
2. Beat the flesh with a blender or mash with a fork and add the baked garlic, cheese, lemon juice, and spices.
Serve with croutons!
