Semolina cake is a delicious, homemade pastry that is very easy and quick to prepare. You only need a few ingredients for the base: semolina, kefir, and eggs. To make the structure of the dish fluffy, be sure to add baking powder.

Ingredients:
- semolina - 1 cup
- kefir - 1 cup
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- vanilla sugar - 8 g
- butter - 80 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour kefir over semolina and add baking powder. Mix well and leave for 10-15 minutes to swell.
2. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the eggs and beat well. Add the melted butter and mix well.
3. Then add the semolina to the eggs and mix.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold and put it in the oven preheated to 170 C for 30 minutes.
