Ingredients:
Dough:
- sour milk curd 350 g
- hard cheese 80 g
- eggs 2 pcs
- flour 400 g
- leavening agent 1 tsp
- pinch of salt
Filling:
- cream cheese
- spinach
- ham
- tomatoes
Preparation method:
1. For the dough: Mix the cottage cheese, hard cheese, eggs and salt, mix well with a fork. Add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
2. Form the bagels with your hands, bake for about 20 minutes at 190C, until golden.
3- Slice the cooled bagels, smear with cream cheese and arrange the rest of the ingredients to your liking.
