Zucchini can be used to make many delicious, easy, and quick dishes, including lasagna, salads, pasta, and caviar. Zucchini can also be used to make appetizers and simply stewed with vegetables or baked.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked zucchini with cheese and spices on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 700 g of zucchini
  • 1 tbsp (with a slide) of dried oregano
  • 3 tbsp of oil
  • 50 g of hard grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the zucchini well, peel it if it has a hard skin, then cut it into small cubes and put it in a deep bowl.

2. Add salt and pepper to taste, oregano, oil, and grated cheese to the zucchini. Mix everything well.

3. Put the zucchini in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment and put in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
