Tastier and easier than classic ones: lazy cabbage rolls
Lazy cabbage rolls are an ideal option for a tasty and satisfying lunch or dinner. They are also easier to prepare than the classic version.
A cook shared a recipe for very easy-to-cook, tasty and juicy lazy cabbage rolls on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- rice - 1/2 cup
- minced meat - 400 g
- cabbage - 400 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- water - 1 glass
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour boiling water over the shredded cabbage and set aside for 10 minutes. Then drain.
2. Meanwhile, cook the rice until half cooked and let it cool.
3. Fry the chopped onion and carrot until soft.
4. Mix the rice, minced meat, cabbage, carrots and onions. Add the egg, salt, pepper, and seasonings to taste and mix.
5. Form balls, put them in a mold, and pour tomato paste diluted in a glass of water over. Bake at 180 C for 1 hour.
Serve with sour cream!
