Ingredients:

  • shortbread tartlets
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • sprats - 1 can
  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
  • pickles - 3 pcs.
  • salad greens
  • salt, pepper
  • mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion, and grate the carrots. Fry until tender.

2. Chop the eggs, and dice the cucumbers.

3. Mix vegetables, eggs, cucumbers and season with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper.

4. Put a piece of green salad and the filling into the tartlet.

5. Make a slight indentation in the middle and put the sprats.

  • tuna in its juice - 1 can
  • processed cheese - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • green onions

  • mayonnaise
  • red caviar

Method of preparation:

1. Put the tuna in a deep container.

2. Boil the eggs and grate them.

3. Grate the processed cheese.

4. Chop the onion.

5. Mix all ingredients with tuna.

6. Squeeze the garlic and season with mayonnaise.

7. Stuff the tartlets.

8. Garnish with red caviar and herbs if desired.
