Everyone loves pancakes for breakfast without question. Flavorful and tender, they can make even the most demanding gourmet fall in love with them. But it turns out that the dish can be prepared in a completely new way, namely with a salty filling. It turns out to be no less delicious.

Ingredients:
- mozzarella - 125 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- milk - 200 ml
- flour - 140 g
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- baking powder - 5 g
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the mozzarella.
2. Add the egg and milk, and mix thoroughly.
3. Sift the flour with salt and baking powder, and mix.
4. Pour in the oil and mix again.
5. Fry in a well-heated dry frying pan over medium heat (without a lid).
