Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 5-9% – 200 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- sugar – 30 g
- soda – 4 g
- flour – 170 g
- powdered sugar
Sauce:
- Sour cream/coconut cream with sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Grind cottage cheese with egg and sugar.
2. Sift the flour with baking soda. Knead the dough.
3. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, roll each into a sausage and cut it into 2-3 pieces.
4. Heat the frying pan well, pour a few tablespoons of oil.
5. Fry the buns over low heat under a lid for 4 minutes: 1 minute on each side.
6. Prepare a sauce based on sour cream and sugar or cream and sugar.
7. Sprinkle the finished buns with powdered sugar and serve with the sauce.
