How to cook syrnyky to make them fluffy.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 400 g
Cottage cheese for the dish.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
Forming syrnyky.
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - a pinch
Homemade syrnyky.
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • sunflower oil for frying - 3-4 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Put the cottage cheese in a small glass or plastic bowl, add the egg, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar and mix until smooth.

2. Add wheat flour.

3. Moisten your hands with a little sunflower oil and roll the mass into small balls, flatten them and roll in flour.

4. Fry the syrnyky in sunflower oil on both sides and put on a paper towel.
