Ingredients for syrniki

  • Cottage cheese 9% - 400 gr
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Semolina - 50 gr
  • Flour - 50 gr
  • Sugar - 50 gr

Ingredients for the filling

  • Sour cream 350 g
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

1.Mix cottage cheese, egg, semolina, flour and sugar. Stir until smooth.

2. Form syrniki, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil. ⠀

3. Prepare the filling by simply mixing all the ingredients until smooth.

4. Put the syrniki in a baking dish and pour the filling over them.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160 degrees.

6. Serve with fresh strawberries.
