Sweet pancakes with cottage cheese and cherries: a recipe for a successful dough and filling
Pancakes with cottage cheese and cherries are the perfect breakfast, snack, or just a delicious dessert for coffee or tea. The dish is based on sweet pancakes with milk, which are in perfect harmony with delicate cottage cheese and juicy homemade cherries.

Ingredients:
Dough:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 25 g
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla sugar - 1\2 tsp.
- flour - 100 g
- milk - 400 ml
- oil - 35 ml
Cottage cheese filling:
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - 1\2 tsp.
- cinnamon
Additionally:
- cherries - 450 g
- sugar - 3 tbsp
- water - 50 ml
- sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the cherries from the pits. Mix the berries with water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Strain and cool.
2. Combine eggs, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Beat with a whisk until smooth.
3. Pour 1\3 of the milk and add the flour. Stir until there are no lumps.
4. Pour the rest of the milk, and mix. Leave the dough for 15 minutes.
5. Add oil to the dough.
6. Fry the pancakes.
7. Mix the necessary ingredients for the filling.
8. Put the filling on one side of the pancake, and cherries on top. Wrap it up.
