Ingredients for 2 pcs:

  • warm milk – 100 ml.
  • dry yeast – 4 g
  • sugar – 1 tbsp
  • salt – a pinch

Ingredients for the dough:

  • flour – 150 g
  • oil – 1 tbsp.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • cottage cheese – 200 g
  • cream cheese – 60 g
  • sugar – 3-4 tbsp
  • strawberries

1. For the dough, mix milk, yeast, sugar, salt.

2. Leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.

3. Sift the flour in a deep bowl, add the dough that has risen, and oil.

5. Put in a deep bowl greased with oil, grease the dough on top.

6. Cover with a towel and leave for 2 hours in a warm place.

7. For the filling, mash the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sugar with a fork.

8. Sprinkle the dough with flour.

10. Divide into 2 parts and roll out a circle.

11. Roll up on both sides.
