Ingredients:

  • cabbage -1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • water - 150 ml
  • onion -1 pc
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • 33% cream - 200-300 ml
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • spices: salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare some ingredients: chop cabbage and onion and grate carrots.

2. At this stage, lightly fry the onion until golden brown.
