Ingredients:
- zucchini and squash - 3 pcs.
- cream cheese - 175 g
- arugula - 50 g
- ham - 200 g
- sun-dried tomatoes - 6 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini and squash into slices.
2. Fry in a grill pan or on the grill.
3. Add oil and salt.
4. Cook for about 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the slices.
5. The main thing is that they keep their shape and don't turn into mush.
6. Put the slices on parchment.
7. Put a layer of cream cheese on top.
