Summer tomato soup: recipe for a budget restaurant dish
Baked tomatoes and peppers can be used to make a delicious, hearty, and light soup. Add chicken, cheese, and croutons to make the dish hearty.
A cook shared a recipe for a delicious tomato soup with garlic, onions, and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe sweet tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 red/onion/leek
- 250-300 ml of broth
- olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano
Supplement:
- parmesan cheese, fried bacon, fresh basil, fried bread
How to cook:
1. Peel the vegetables, chop and drizzle them with oil, salt, and oregano. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. You can do it faster: at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
2. Cool, peel tomatoes and peppers, add the broth and beat everything in a blender. If there are large pieces left, you can pass the soup through a sieve and boil it after blending.
Serve with toasted bread, bacon, cheese, and cream if desired!
