Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe sweet tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 red/onion/leek
  • 250-300 ml of broth
  • olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano

Supplement:

  • parmesan cheese, fried bacon, fresh basil, fried bread

How to cook:

1. Peel the vegetables, chop and drizzle them with oil, salt, and oregano. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. You can do it faster: at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
