- 3-4 peppers (you can use more)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. of French mustard
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
- salt, parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and clean the peppers from seeds.
2. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
3. Then peel them, chop finely, add onion, oil, vinegar, garlic, and feta, mix and eat!
