Ingredients
- Bell pepper – 3-4 pieces
- Garlic – 1 clove
- French mustard – 1 tsp
- Purple onion – ½ pc
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Parsley
Method of preparation
1. Wash, peel, cut the peppers into halves, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
2. Put it in a bowl, cover with foil, and let it cool completely. Remove the skin and cut into small cubes or strips.
3. Put the peppers in a bowl. Add the mustard, squeezed garlic, chopped parsley and onion, oil, salt, and vinegar. Mix well.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
