Summer okroshka with mineral water: a recipe for the most delicious cooling dish

The best summer soup is okroshka, which is based on boiled vegetables, and fresh cucumbers, and for a heartier version, add fish, sausage, and boiled fillet.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious okroshka with mineral water on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • boiled potatoes – 2-3 pcs
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • turkey fillet – 350 g
  • medicinal/dairy/medicinal sausage – 250 g
  • dill – to taste
  • cucumber – 2 large
  • sour cream
  • mustard (not in grains)
  • highly carbonated water
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes, eggs, and turkey. Cut everything into cubes. Do the same with sausage and cucumbers.

2. Finely chop the dill. Mix everything in a saucepan, salt, and pepper to taste.

3. Put about 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mustard to taste directly into the plate before serving. Add the vegetable and meat mixture and pour over the highly carbonated water.

Taste again, add salt and pepper if necessary. Mix well and serve!
