Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tbsp. l honey with a slide
- 50 g of vegetable oil
- 2 tsp of baking soda
- jam
Cream:
- sour cream
- sugar
- vanilla sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar, add honey, mix and then add butter.
2. Put the dough in a water bath, cook stirring to melt the sugar and butter, then remove from heat, add 4-4.5 cups of flour.
3. Knead the dough and divide it into 8 balls, roll out and bake.
4. Cream: beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar.
5. Assemble the cake: spread the cakes with cream and add jam. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for several hours!
