Summer fruit Tiramisu: new recipe for a popular dessert
Tiramisu is a popular Italian dessert that is cooked all over the world. It is based on savoiardi cookies, which, when soaked in cream and coffee, become very soft and tender. But in summer, instead of coffee, you can use seasonal berries and fruits. The taste will be very refreshing.
The idea of making fruit Tiramisu was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria. Take strawberries, peaches, and other favorite fruits as desired.
Ingredients:
- gelatin - 12 g
- water - 100 ml
- peaches - 2 pcs.
- cornstarch - 2 tbsp
- strawberries - 300 g
- 33-36% cream - 500 ml
- mascarpone - 250 g
- powdered sugar - 130 g
- savoiardi biscuits - 300 g
- fruit as desired
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water over gelatin, mix and leave to swell.
2. For the filling, add starch to the chopped peach, mix and put on medium heat until thick.
3. Beat the mass with a blender.
4. To soak the strawberries, beat them in a blender.
5. For the cream, whip the chilled cream for 2 minutes, add mascarpone and powdered sugar, and mix everything.
6. Add gelatin melted in the microwave several times and mix again.
7. Cut off the edges of the cookies and place them in the mold in a circle. Then dip each piece of cookie in strawberry puree and layer too. Then add cream and peach filling, cream again, and so on.
8. Leave in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours to stabilize.
9. Garnish with fruit if desired.
