Sugar-free dessert with condensed milk and seasonal fruits
Summer is a time for delicious, refreshing desserts with seasonal fruits or berries. They are especially tasty if they don't contain a lot of sugar.
Food blogger Olha Ryabenko shared how to make sugar-free summer dessert with fruit on Instagram. For this dish, she used sugar-free condensed milk.
Ingredients
- strawberries, raspberries or cherries - 500 g
- condensed milk without sugar - 800 g
- confectionery cream - 400 ml
- coconut milk - 400 ml
- milk powder - 6 tbsp
- gelatin - 25 g
- water - 70 ml
Method of preparation.
1. Cover gelatin with water until it swells.
2. Cut the strawberries into cubes and put them in a greased mold.
3. Beat condensed milk, cream and coconut milk in a blender or mixer.
4. Heat the gelatin until it dissolves. Allow to cool.
5. Pour into the milk mixture and whisk again.
6. Pour on top of the strawberries and refrigerate until completely frozen.
