Sugar-free apple puree for the winter: even babies can eat it

Apple puree is an incredible dessert that is adored by adults and children alike. It is prepared without sugar and can even be given to babies. After all, the product has a completely natural composition.

Chef Serhiy Pokanevich shared a recipe for sugar-free homemade apple puree for the winter on his Instagram page.

Ingredients (for 1 liter):

  • apples - 1.1 kg
  • lemon juice - 20 g
  • water - 200 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the apples and remove the center. Cut into medium cubes.

2. Mix apples, lemon juice and water in a double-bottomed saucepan (such a container is needed so that the future puree does not burn). Put it on the stove.

3. Cook the apples under the lid over low heat until the puree is smooth, stirring constantly (every 5-6 minutes).

4. While the puree is cooking, be sure to sterilize jars and lids.

5. Pour the hot puree into the jars and close with the lids.
