• Eggs - 2 pcs
• Honey - 100 g
• Starch - 40 g
• Milk - 500 ml for cream + 100 ml for gelatin
• Gelatin - 20 g
• Vanilla - 1\4 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Pour gelatin with milk and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Mix eggs with starch and a small part of the milk. Stir until the mass becomes homogeneous. Pour in the rest of the milk.
3. Put the mass on the fire. When the first bubbles begin to appear, cook the cream for another 30-60 seconds.
4. Heat the gelatin to 60 degrees.
5. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender. Add the cream and gelatin. Beat until smooth.
6. Put into the mold and refrigerate until it thickens.

Ingredients:

For the base:

• Cashews - 130 g
• Dried apricots - 130 g

For the cream:

• Honey - 140 g
• Cocoa - 150 ml
• Avocado - 3 pieces
• Seasonal berries - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cashews should be pre-roasted in the oven: 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. Chop the dried apricots. Put it together with the nuts in a blender. Put the resulting mass into a baking dish.
3. Peel and core the avocado. Put it in a blender. Add honey and cocoa.
4. Put the mixture into a baking dish with the nut base previously laid out.
5. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
6. Garnish the cake with seasonal berries.
