Sugar and egg-free: crispy oatmeal cookies in 20 minutes
Oatmeal cookies are one of the most favorite and easiest types of homemade cookies to make. The reasons are the simplicity and speed of preparation, the benefits of oatmeal, and the ability to combine them deliciously with other ingredients such as chocolate, raisins, or nuts. This dessert can be prepared easily and without any hassle in just 20 minutes.
Food blogger Inna Levenets (inna_levenets) shared a recipe for perfect oatmeal cookies without sugar, eggs, and butter on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- oat flour – 80 g
- instant oatmeal – 40 g
- baking powder – 1\4 tsp
- salt – a pinch
- oil – 3 tbsp
- maple syrup/honey – 3 tbsp
Additionally:
- coconut flakes – 20 g
- chopped nuts – 20 g
- raisins
- chopped chocolate – 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the dry ingredients: oatmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add syrup and oil to them.
3. You can also add nuts or chocolate with raisins if desired. If the dough does not stick well, add a little more oil.
4. With damp hands, form cookies and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Put the cookies in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
