Sugar and cream free: how to make natural berry sorbet
Sorbet is a type of ice cream made from fresh or frozen berries. This dessert is healthy and low-calorie because it is based on exclusively natural ingredients.
Nutritionist Anna Kopus (ks_anyta) shared a recipe for berry sorbet with coconut on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- mixed berries – 300 g
- coconut milk (cream) – 18% 50 ml
- coconut paste (nut paste) – 50 g
- erythritol (or honey/sugar) – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Using an immersion blender, beat the berries, sweetener, and milk.
2. Add the coconut paste and beat again.
3. Place in special molds or a single glass mold and put in the freezer for 2.5-3 hours.
4. Remove the dessert from the molds. If you use portioned special molds, you need to dip them in warm water before removing them.
