A tall, fluffy, and soft sponge cake is every housewife's dream. Unfortunately, such pastries don't always turn out right the first time, even with proper preparation and proportions. Traditionally, sponge cake is made with well-whipped eggs and flour. But just imagine the taste and texture you'll get if you add butter and milk to the dough. The result will pleasantly surprise you.

Food blogger Khrystyna Kei (kristinakey.blog) shared a sponge cake recipe on her Instagram page that always turns out well.

Recommendations

9. Bake at 140 degrees for 75 minutes.
