Successful sponge cake "Whimsy": a recipe for cream with condensed milk
The Whimsy cake is based on two types of sponge cake: poppy seed and walnut, which are very well combined with a stable condensed milk cream. The cake is very well and quickly soaked, tender and moderately juicy.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- salt - 1\4 tsp
- sugar - 400 g
- sour cream - 480 g
- soda - 14 g
- flour - 320 g
- poppy seeds - 100 g
- nuts - 100 g
For the cream:
- butter - 250 g
- condensed milk - 400 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy and light.
2. Add sour cream, mix well.
3. Divide the resulting mass into 2 parts. In one of them add 7 g of baking soda, 160 g of flour and poppy seeds. Mix well.
4. Divide the resulting poppy seed dough into 2 parts.
5. Cover the mold with parchment and grease with oil. Cook 2 poppy seed cakes in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. Add 7 g of baking soda, 160 g of flour and chopped nuts to the remaining dough. Mix well.
7. Divide the dough into 2 parts and bake 2 nut cakes at 180 degrees 25 minutes.
8. Cut off the tops of the finished cakes and trim the sides, leave the crumbs for decoration.
9. For the cream, beat the butter with a mixer (beat for 7-8 minutes).
10. Gradually add condensed milk and beat until smooth.
11. Grease the cakes with cream (you can soak the cakes in sugar syrup) and decorate as desired. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
