Stuffed zucchini with cheese: very quickly baked in the oven
You don't even need meat to make a delicious zucchini stuffing. You can use regular cottage cheese - the dish will bake very quickly. Your whole family will definitely like this combination.
The idea of cooking cheese-stuffed zucchini was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Dorosh (oksana dorosh rezeptu). The top is an appetizing golden crust.
Ingredients:
- medium zucchini - 2 pcs.
- sour milk cheese - 200 g
- dill - 1 bunch
- garlic cloves - 2-3 pcs.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- salt and pepper - to taste
- hard cheese - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese, herbs, garlic, egg, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
2. Peel the zucchini.
3. Cut lengthwise.
4. Using a spoon or knife, remove the core to make "boats".
5. Stuff the zucchini with the cheese mixture.
6. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment or foil.
7. Sprinkle each with grated hard cheese.
8. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
