Turkey and quinoa
Ingredients:
- minced turkey - 300-400 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- quinoa - 2-3 tbsp.
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- greens - 1 bunch
- salt, pepper - to taste
- tomato paste - 2-3 tbsp.
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
- oil - 1-3 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
- Make minced meat.
- Boil the quinoa, and mix them.
- Cut the onion into small cubes, fry with garlic in vegetable oil, and add to the minced meat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, mix everything, and stuff the peppers.
- Put the finished peppers in a saucepan or mold, pour over the tomato paste and sour cream sauce, and cook until tender.
It is best to serve the peppers hot with vegetables, herbs, and sour cream sauce.
