Stuffed julienne peppers: a recipe for a hearty dinner dish
Stuffed peppers are a tasty and satisfying dish that can be deliciously prepared for lunch and dinner. You can use rice, minced meat, or chicken fillet for the filling.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious stuffed pepper with mushrooms and chicken on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 5 pieces of bell peppers
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 piece of onion
- 200 g of mushrooms
- frying oil or butter
- 2 tbsp of flour
- salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
- 300 ml of 10% cream or milk, you can also use sour cream
- 50 g of parmesan cheese (optional)
- 150 g of mozzarella/suluguni cheese or other cheese to melt.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry onion in oil for 4 minutes, add chicken and mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes, season with spices, add flour, and stir.
2. Add cream or milk, grate nutmeg. The julienne should thicken.
3. Peel the peppers, stuff with julienne, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 25-35 minutes at 185 degrees.
