Ingredients:
- chicken thighs without skin and bones - 900 g
- mushrooms - 8-10 pcs
- onion - 1 pc
- 15-20% cream - 200 ml
- hard cheese - 30-50 g
- salt
- pepper or other spices to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pound the thighs on both sides .Salt and pepper.
2. Chop the onion and fry until transparent.
3. Chop the mushrooms and fry with the onion until tender (about 5-10 minutes). Cool.
4. Grate the cheese and add to the mushrooms.
5. Put the filling on the side of the meat and roll it up.
6. Put on a baking sheet, pour the cream and the filling over, if still left.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
