Stuffed champignons in a new way: we share an elementary recipe
One of the tastiest and safest mushrooms is champignons, which can be used to make many delicious and original dishes, such as salads, pies, and can also be salted and pickled.
On Instagram, cook Anna (anny.cooking) shared a recipe for delicious stuffed champignons with meat and cheese, which you can prepare in just 25-30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- champignons – 2-3 pcs
- chicken fillet or minced meat – 200-250 g
- onion – 1 pc
- carrots – 1 pc
- garlic – 2 cloves
- hard cheese or mozzarella, feta – 150-200
- salt, pepper – to taste
- vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Make minced meat from the fillet or just chop it finely, as for cutlets.
2. Grate the carrots, onions, and garlic on a fine grater, add to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
3. Peel the mushrooms and remove the stem, chop them, and fry in a little oil.
3. Stuff the mushrooms: put some fried legs in the cap, and 1 teaspoon of minced meat.
4. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment or in a baking dish and bake at 190 C for 25 minutes.
5. Grate the cheese, put it on top of each mushroom, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
