Striped pie: a delicious dessert that even a beginner can make

Recently, a recipe for a striped pie with poured dough was posted on the Facebook page Smakolik yua. It is very easy to prepare and will definitely appeal to everyone.

Ingredients for the dough for a 28 x24 baking dish
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Yolks - 3 pcs
- Sugar - 200 gr
- Vanilla
- Salt - a pinch
- Oil - 100 ml
- Flour - 150 gr
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Cocoa - 2 tbsp
- Any fruit - 250-300 g
Ingredients for meringue
- Proteins - 3 pcs
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Jelly - 1 pc.
- Starch - 40 g
- Vanilla flavoring
Method of preparation
1. Beat 2 eggs and 3 yolks with sugar.
2. Add the oil, flour, salt, vanilla, baking powder and stir the dough.
3. Divide the dough into two parts and add cocoa to one of them.

4. Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment and pour both types of dough randomly.
5. Put any fruit on the dough to taste.

6. Prepare the meringue. Beat the whites with the powdered sugar, add vanilla and dry jelly.
7. Put the meringue on the cake.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
