They can be topped with anything you like, including vegetables and fruits, honey, jams, condensed milk, and ice cream. Ingredients:

  • strawberries - 1 cup
  • flour - 1.5 cups
  • sugar - 4 tbsp
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • milk - 320 ml
  • butter - 30 g
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • ice cream - 100 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Melt butter. Add the egg, salt, and milk. Mix.
  2. Sift flour with baking powder, add the milk mixture and mix well again.
  3. Wash the strawberries well and cut them into small pieces.
  4. Spoon the finished batter into a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Put the strawberries on top.
  5. Fry the pancakes well on both sides, covering with a lid to make them soft and fluffy.

Before serving, take the ice cream out of the freezer and put a ball on the pancakes, but you can also make a sauce of sour cream, sugar and strawberries or eat it with honey - it will be very tasty too.
