Ingredients:
- strawberries – 500 g
- sugar – 150 g
- cream – 150 ml
- mint – 1 sprig
- water – 100 ml
- vanilla ice cream – 100 g
Method of preparation:
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks, put the berries in a blender, add mint, sugar, cream, water, and blend until puree.
- Pour the soup into bowls, add a scoop of ice cream and a mint leaf.
