Strawberry and lime jelly: recipe for a refreshing summer dessert
No matter what the weather is like outside, sometimes you want to eat something delicious. But in the heat, it is desirable that this delicious dish is also refreshing.
Food blogger Lisa Hlinska shared a recipe for just such a dish. On Instagram, she suggested making strawberry and lime jelly, which will not only bring gastronomic pleasure but also significantly refresh the body.

Ingredients
- strawberries - 300 gr
- strawberry puree - 300 g
- sugar - 50 gr
- lime - 1 pc
- water - 100 ml
- gelatin - 12 g + 60 ml of water
- berries for decoration
The way of preparation
1. Wash strawberries and cut them into small cubes.
2. Pour gelatin into water and leave for 5-10 minutes to swell.

3. Combine strawberry puree with strawberries, zest and lime juice (20-30 ml).
4. Add sugar and put on the fire. Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes.

5. Add gelatin, constantly collecting the foam that forms, and mix well.
6. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 6-7 hours.
