Ingredients:

• meat 400 g
• potatoes 4-5 pcs
• onion 2-3 pcs
• carrots 1 pc
• tomato paste 2 tbsp
• salt, pepper to taste
• favorite greens

Method of preparation:

1. Cut meat into small cubes and fry on high heat until golden crust, add onion, fry for another 10 minutes.

2. Add grated carrots, mix and season with spices to taste, tomato paste.

3. Add the potatoes, stir, cover with water and braise until tender, about 40 minutes.
