Stewed potatoes with chanterelles in sour cream: the simplest recipe for a hearty dish
Potatoes and mushrooms are the perfect combination of foods to make hearty and delicious dishes. They can also be stewed, fried, baked, and cooked with sauces and cheese.
Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for delicious potatoes with mushrooms and sour cream on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Chanterelles
- Onion
- Garlic
- Sour cream
- Oil, vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
- Dill
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes.
2. Chop the onion, garlic, and dill, clean and chop the chanterelles.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic. Add the chanterelles, season with salt and pepper, and fry together with the vegetables. Add sour cream and simmer until tender. Add chopped dill.
4. In another frying pan, fry the boiled potatoes in the heated oil.
Put the potatoes on a plate, top with the chanterelles and you're ready to eat!
