It will be much easier to make a stew with meatballs instead of just pieces of meat. The products go well with a variety of seasonal vegetables and stew quickly. Besides, they are very budget-friendly.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat (pork) - 400 g
  • salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
  • potatoes - 7 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • pepper - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • paste - 1 pack
  • water (to cover everything)
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt, paprika and pepper to the minced meat.

2. Mix everything and form meatballs.

3. Put in a frying pan, add oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.

4. Add chopped garlic, onion and carrot, stir and fry for a few minutes.

5. Add potatoes, pepper, and add pasta.

6. Pour in water, add salt and spices to taste.

7. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

8. Sprinkle with herbs.
