Steak from young cabbage: it tastes better than French-style meat
Young cabbage steak is an unusual but very tasty and juicy dish that anyone will enjoy. Its composition is somewhat reminiscent of French-style meat but tastes even better.

Ingredients
- Young cabbage
- Minced chicken
- Onion
- Salt
- Pepper

- Tomatoes

- Sour cream or mayonnaise
How to cook
1. Cut the young cabbage into 2 cm wide steaks.
2. Add the onion (grated or ground in a blender), salt, and pepper to the minced meat.
3. Put parchment on a baking sheet, grease with oil, and spread the cabbage.
4. Brush the cabbage with oil, sprinkle with salt on both sides, put the minced meat to completely cover the cabbage, and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Cut the tomato into squares, and add grated hard cheese, sour cream, or mayonnaise.
6. Take the steaks out of the oven, put a cap of tomatoes and cheese, and bake for another 15 minutes.
