Ingredients for 3-6 rolls
- Rice paper - 10 sheets
- Rice noodles - 50 gr
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Bell pepper
- Lettuce
- Avocado
- Lightly salted fish
- Crab sticks
- Sesame seeds
- Soy sauce
How to cook
1. Pour hot water over the rice noodles and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Cut all vegetables into thin strips.
3. Cut the fish into strips.
4. Divide the crab sticks into fibers and add a little mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce. Mix well. You can also use canned tuna instead.
5. Moisten the rice paper with water. Put half of the nori sheet on top.
6. Put all the filling and wrap the rolls.
7. Cut and serve with soy sauce.
