Spring rolls: how to cook a real spring dish

Ingredients for 5 rolls
- Rice paper - 5 pieces
- Boiled shrimps - 9 pcs
- Lightly salted fish - 60 g
- Cucumber - ½ pc
- Bell pepper - ¼ pc
- Carrots - ½ pc
- Cream cheese
- Lettuce leaves
Ingredients for the sauce
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce - 2 tbsp.
How to cook
1.Cut cucumber, bell pepper and carrot into thin strips. The size of the strips is about the same as for Korean carrots.
2. Soak the rice paper in water for 5 seconds, then remove it and place it on a damp surface.
3. Put the fish on the paper, add the rest of the filling and cream cheese. By the way, shrimp can be replaced with crab sticks.
4. Prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
