The salad acquires this taste not only because of the use of young vegetables but also thanks to an interesting dressing that fully reveals the taste of the dish. A food blogger with the nickname tania sheremet shared on Instagram how to make this salad and what to add to the dressing.

Ingredients:

  • Young cabbage – 300 gr
  • Radish – 6-7 pieces
  • Cucumber – 1 pc
  • Dill – a bunch
  • Egg white – 4 pcs

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • Egg yolks – 4 pcs
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt – 5-6 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1-2 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Thinly chop the young cabbage, put it in a bowl, and press it down a little with your hands.

2. Add chopped radish, cucumbers, dill, and boiled egg white to the cabbage.

3. To make the dressing, mash the boiled yolks with a fork, add sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste, toss and dress the salad.
