  • flour – 155 g
  • corn starch – 25 g
  • baking powder – 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil – 40 ml
  • boiling water – 50 ml

1. Add sugar and a pinch of salt to the eggs.

2. Beat with a mixer until fluffy and light.

3. Add the sifted flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.

4. Mix everything.

5. Pour in the oil.

6. Stir and add boiling water, stir again.

7. Cover the mold with parchment.

8. Pour the batter and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (until a toothpick comes out dry).
