Spinach pancakes with two types of filling: a bright dish for spring mood
When the trees bloom and the first spring flowers begin to bloom, you feel light and in a good mood. To make these feelings last as long as possible, you can cook bright dishes, thus adding a touch of spring to your table.
Spinach pancakes are just such a dish because they look bright and appetizing and taste incredible. Food blogger Alex Mil knows exactly how to cook them. On Instagram, he also suggested two types of fillings that he thinks are perfect for spinach pancakes.
Ingredients:
- Flour – 150 gr
- Warm milk – 220 ml
- Eggs – 3 pcs
- Salt – a pinch
- Sugar – a pinch
- Spinach – 150 gr
- Butter – 25 gr
Ingredients for the filling №1:
- Cream cheese
- Red caviar
Ingredients for filling #2:
- Cream cheese
- Lightly salted fish
Method of preparation:
1. Pour warm milk into a blender bowl, add spinach flour, eggs, butter, salt, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
2. Bake the pancakes on a well-heated frying pan with a minimum amount of oil on both sides. Fry one side of the pancakes for 1 minute and the other for 30 seconds.
3. Put any of the two fillings suggested above and wrap the pancakes. You can replace the filling with another one to your liking.
4. Let it soak a little and serve it to the table.
